Hi lovelies, I’m Naomi
I’m deeply passionate about supporting others in reconnecting with their body, their energy, and their innate ability to heal.
I offer both Kinesiology and Breathwork, each designed to support you in different ways on your wellbeing journey. Through kinesiology, we work to identify and release stored stress within the body, restoring balance and alignment. Breathwork offers a powerful space to regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect through the breath.
Each session is guided with intention, creating a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, tune in, and feel fully held in the process.
I received my Advanced Diploma of Functional Kinesiology in 2019 and have since devoted myself to sharing this work within the community. Expanding into breathwork has allowed me to deepen my offerings and support clients on an even more holistic level.
My passion for natural health has been shaped through both study and lived experience. I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact this work can have — not only on physical wellbeing, but on how we feel, move, and show up in our lives.
My intention is to guide you back to a place of balance, alignment, and ease — supporting you to feel more connected, more grounded, and more like yourself.

Breathwork
Your breath is a powerful gateway to regulating your nervous system and restoring balance within the body.
Through intentional, guided breathwork, you can learn to quiet the mind, ease stress and anxiety, and reconnect to a sense of calm and grounded presence. Breath can also be used to gently energise the body, supporting you through periods of burnout or fatigue.
Your initial session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll move through a series of breathing techniques to assess your current state, allowing me to tailor each session to your individual needs - creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and deeply regulated.
Kinesiology is a holistic modality that combines Eastern wisdom with Western understanding of anatomy and physiology.
I use muscle monitoring to identify stress and imbalances within the body. Because each muscle is connected to the nervous system, the body gives clear feedback on where stress is being held — whether physical, emotional, mental, nutritional or hormonal.
Your body already knows what it needs on a deeper level. I simply guide the process, working with your body’s responses to support balance, clarity and overall wellbeing. Each session is completely tailored to you, creating a unique and empowering experience.
I use a range of gentle, non-invasive techniques to support the body, including acupressure and meridian work, emotional stress release, sound therapy, energy balancing, flower essences and targeted exercises.
